Business Development Manager - Data Quality

Location: Sydney, Australia; hybrid work model

What you will do

• Acquire new business opportunities within existing customer accounts and from new logos.
• Prospect for new contacts across existing and new accounts.
• Manage and close business within a defined Victorian portfolio.
• Sell data quality solutions including data validation, data management, data enrichment, and single customer view technologies.
• Conduct approximately 15 new meetings and 10 follow-up meetings per month.
• Manage both small data-cleansing deals and larger, complex solutions involving proprietary technology and consulting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, and business development.
• Demonstrated experience attending meetings, closing opportunities, and managing customer relationships.
• Ability to prospect, operate autonomously, and maintain a consistent weekly operating rhythm.
• Curious, confident approach to questioning and understanding customer challenges, requirements, and opportunities.
• Understanding of needs analysis structures is preferred.
