Optimization, Modelling and Systems Architect (ERP)

Location: Singapore, SGP. Relocation eligible. Travel required up to 10% of the time.

What you will do

• Design, enhance, and integrate business processes across ERP and Service Parts Planning systems such as Servigistics.
• Lead implementation and enhancement of ERP and planning system capabilities for evolving business requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in demand planning, inventory optimization, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Develop forecasting, inventory optimization, analytical models, and advanced simulation and scenario-planning capabilities.
• Partner with business and technology teams to implement AI and advanced analytics solutions for planning and productivity.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system and process solutions for global service supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, planning systems, service parts planning, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and planning models.
• Proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
• Expertise in at least one planning application, including Servigistics, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, or an equivalent solution.
• Experience leading moderately complex cross-functional projects and solving complex analytical and operational problems.
• Fluent English required; ability to work in a global environment.

Nice to have

• ERP customization and integration experience.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, forecasting, optimization, or advanced analytics.
• Experience with Databricks and modern data engineering, analytics, or AI/ML platforms.
• Experience with hirify.global products, AGS processes, or an aftermarket service supply chain.
