Solution Architect - China / Singapore

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, lead technical discovery, and conduct whiteboarding sessions.
• Build sophisticated proof-of-concepts that demonstrate the value of hirify.global's solutions.
• Lead technical implementations and integrate solutions with customer systems.
• Conduct technical reviews to identify optimization opportunities, new use cases, and expansion paths.
• Translate customer requirements into product features and coordinate delivery with Product and Engineering.
• Lead workshops and document use cases and reference solutions for internal and external audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a senior, client-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
• Experience in SaaS, cloud, or data environments.
• Proficiency in Python or Node.js and strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP protocols, and networking.
• Hands-on experience with Puppeteer, Playwright, or Selenium.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and work closely with developers.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
