What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and lead technical discovery and whiteboarding sessions.
• Build sophisticated proof-of-concepts that demonstrate the value of hirify.global's solutions.
• Lead technical implementations and support integrations with customer systems.
• Conduct technical reviews, identify optimization opportunities, and support customer expansion into advanced architectures.
• Translate customer requirements into product features and coordinate delivery with Product and R&D.
• Lead technical workshops and document reusable use cases and reference solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a senior, technical, client-facing role such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
• Experience in SaaS, Cloud, or Data environments.
• Proficiency in Python or Node.js.
• Deep understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP protocols, and networking.
• Hands-on experience with Puppeteer, Playwright, or Selenium.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and work closely with developers while managing multiple high-priority projects.
