What you will do

• Support daily operational processes to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Assist with access setup, updates, and related maintenance tasks based on established procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to collect and confirm required information for ongoing processes.
• Maintain and update internal trackers, records, and internal guidelines.
• Perform routine operational tasks, including data preparation and basic checking.
• Provide general coordination and administrative support for ad hoc tasks assigned by the team.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot, filtering, and basic formulas).
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to handle repetitive operational work carefully and consistently.
• Good communication and coordination skills for effective follow-up across teams.
• Experience working with documentation and maintaining structured records (SOPs).
• Ability to support basic project coordination and track ongoing tasks.
