Salary: $168,000–$231,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead strategic internal consulting projects for Applied Global Services and executive leadership.
• Analyze current business processes, identify and quantify improvement opportunities, and develop improvement initiatives.
• Structure complex business problems, form hypotheses, analyze large data sets, and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Prepare executive-level recommendations and contribute to strategy and execution discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to validate insights, co-create deliverables, accelerate execution, and unlock value.
• Optimize operations and business processes to improve performance, reduce cycle time, and lower costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent field; an MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Broad experience with logistics, financial reporting, operations, and service business management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to extract insights from multiple data sources.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment, influence stakeholders, and communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma.
