Director, Global Clinical Supply Continuous Improvement (Clinical Supply)

Location: Onsite in West Point, Pennsylvania, United States; available to US and Puerto Rico residents. Domestic relocation is indicated.

Salary: $173,200–$272,600 per year for the primary location, plus potential annual bonus and long-term incentive.

hirify.global's Global Clinical Supply organization manages the end-to-end clinical supply chain for clinical trials across the Research & Development Division, including planning, sourcing, labeling, packaging, and delivery in more than 60 countries.

What you will do

• Lead strategic and tactical continuous improvement initiatives across Global Clinical Supply and partner organizations.
• Identify, prioritize, design, simplify, standardize, and optimize business processes.
• Facilitate kaizen workshops, process improvement projects, change management efforts, and After-Action Reviews.
• Develop performance, quality, and compliance analytics, reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Build a continuous improvement culture through lean education, coaching, mentoring, and training.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, quality, procurement, data management, IT, subject matter experts, and other functions to deliver change and share learnings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience facilitating kaizen workshops and leading complex projects.
• Over five years implementing Lean Six Sigma tools to evaluate and improve business processes, including at least five years coaching and leading process improvement teams.
• Understanding of clinical supply chains and clinical trials, including GCP and GMP.
• Strong understanding of GMP, GCP, and data integrity expectations from regulatory agencies.
• Strong influencing, negotiation, communication, strategic thinking, and independent decision-making skills.
• Ability to create future-state visions, deliver results, build trust-based collaborative relationships, and work with diverse global stakeholders.
• Proven success deploying continuous improvement projects across different modalities and business units.
