Senior Business Strategist (Photonics)

Location: Hybrid work model with time split between an assigned hirify.global site and off-site work; primary location in Santa Clara, California, with an additional location in Hillsboro, Oregon, United States.

Annual salary: $187,320–$264,460 USD.

What you will do

• Develop and execute operational strategies with cross-functional teams in line with business objectives.
• Analyze supply chain data, demand patterns, inventory levels, production schedules, and supplier performance.
• Develop forecasting models to improve demand planning and minimize supply chain disruptions.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare reports and presentations covering key metrics and initiatives for stakeholders.
• Support new tools and technologies that streamline business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with 9+ years of hands-on planning or logistics experience; or a Master's degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of experience; or a PhD in a relevant field with 4+ years of experience.
• Advanced experience with business management software and tools for planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Excellent analytical capabilities and experience interpreting complex data sets.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Indomitability amidst adversity.

• Experience driving process improvements and implementing supply chain strategies.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools for presenting insights and recommendations.
