TL;DR
QA Testing Analyst (JavaScript/TypeScript): Ensuring the quality, reliability, and accessibility of CRB Digital Originations applications through manual and automated testing with an accent on functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, API, database, and mobile testing. Focus on designing automated test suites, validating releases, investigating defects, and supporting quality, security, accessibility, and compliance standards.
Location: Columbus, OH; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do
- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to create and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Develop and maintain functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test suites.
- Design automated tests using approved frameworks and tools, including API, database, user interface, and mobile testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects while providing status updates.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and QA professionals throughout the Agile lifecycle.
- Validate releases in test and production environments and support continuous process improvement, accessibility, security, and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of software testing experience, including manual and automated testing.
- At least 1 year of mobile testing experience using mobile browsers and applications.
- At least 3 years of creating and executing test cases from business requirements and user stories.
- At least 3 years of experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and writing SQL queries.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies with strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with WebdriverIO, Jenkins, ADO, and Azure Test Plans.
- Understanding of responsive testing and Web Accessibility/WCAG.
- Experience in the financial industry and regulatory or compliance environments.
