Manager, Digital Product Management (Fintech)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; hybrid work with regular in-person collaboration

Salary: USD $110,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and enhance web and mobile digital products for Advisor Services.
• Define product strategy and roadmaps focused on new account opening workflows.
• Serve as product owner in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and product demonstrations.
• Work with technical counterparts to define release requirements and investigate production issues.
• Research advisor needs and use market analytics to develop new product ideas.
• Coordinate with marketing communications and provide updates to executive management.

Requirements

• Strong product management skills and experience.
• Experience with new account opening or core brokerage and banking services such as account transfers, ACH, or wires.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, strong organization, and the ability to manage 3–4 projects simultaneously.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally across different organizational levels.
• 7–10 years of experience using DocuSign, including creating and managing DocuSign templates.
• 7–10 years of experience with SharePoint.

Nice to have

• Understanding or experience with financial-services regulations.
• Knowledge of Agile methods and processes.
