Salary: $85,600.00 - $149,400.00 USD

What you will do
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with auto lenders, DMS networks, and industry partners to drive adoption of compliant content.
- Act as a trusted advisor to lenders by understanding operational, compliance, and digital transformation needs.
- Lead end-to-end GTM strategies for Auto Lending solutions, including positioning, messaging, launch planning, and KPI-based optimization.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends in auto lending workflows and compliance requirements.
- Analyze product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement, aligning roadmap priorities with lender needs and market opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Compliance, Sales, and Operations; create product documentation and enablement materials for lending use cases.
Requirements
- Work authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Location: Hybrid role based in the USA; must be within 50 miles of the closest office (Prefer MN) and attend eight days a month.
- 3+ years in a Senior Product Manager role (minimum) and 10+ years in the auto industry.
- Strong lending expertise: auto lending workflows, lender-dealer interactions, and compliance considerations.
- Proven go-to-market leadership experience driving adoption and revenue growth.
- Advanced analytical and communication skills to translate complex value propositions for technical and business audiences.
