Business Security Product Group Manager (Fintech)

Location: 2 office locations; specific work arrangements are provided by the hiring team.

Compensation: $93,000–$189,000 annual base pay, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic direction for the Enterprise Fraud Prevention product group serving commercial clients.
• Manage products throughout their life cycles in collaboration with internal cross-functional teams.
• Oversee system integrations, reconciliation file formats, APIs, vendor relationships, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor product-group P&L, profitability, quality standards, pricing, positioning, and development priorities.
• Lead oversight reviews, corrective actions, marketing and communications programs, and relationships with sales, marketing, product, and banking teams.
• Analyze data, forecast performance, and contribute to product, API, and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of bank product management experience, preferably in treasury management or commercial banking.
• 7+ years of experience with treasury management fraud prevention solutions and bank treasury management products.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline.
• Experience with payments, fintech, or ERP systems, as well as system integrations and APIs.
• Proven analytical ability, including data mining, data manipulation, forecasting, and translating financial data into strategic plans.
• Strong communication, executive presentation, project planning, risk analysis, and deadline-management skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• CTP or CFE certification.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
