Commercial Card Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design, develop, implement, and modify commercial payment card and related products.
• Evaluate market needs, product competitiveness, customer requirements, and bank financial goals.
• Monitor product profitability and recommend improvements to pricing, effectiveness, efficiency, and strategic performance.
• Develop product marketing strategies, measurable campaigns, sales programs, budgets, and collateral with marketing and sales partners.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, operations, technology, compliance, and regulatory teams.
• Guide junior product managers and supervise associates when required.

Requirements

• College degree in accounting, finance, or business, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of banking product design, product development, or business development experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in treasury management products, payment card management, or internet-based payments and information services.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of banking products, treasury management systems, cash management operations, payment card products, and applicable regulations.
• Strong product development, marketing, analytical, problem-solving, forecasting, communication, presentation, project management, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Marketing, sales, and business development experience.
• Experience working across pricing, operations, technology, and compliance or legal functions.
