Connected Care Solutions Architect (Healthcare)

Salary: €51,200 minimum annually, with the final amount based on skills, expertise, experience, and other relevant factors

What you will do

• Lead customer discovery and solution design, translating clinical and business needs into digital healthcare solutions.
• Conduct technical assessments, architectural reviews, and due diligence to validate scalability, security, and fitness for purpose.
• Support commercial teams during pre-sales with guidance on technical feasibility, integrations, cybersecurity, and governance.
• Drive project governance, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Connectivity Specialists, Digital Services, R&D, and regional stakeholders to standardize practices and scale operations.
• Bring customer and market insights into product development, deliver training, mentor colleagues, and explore emerging connected care technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital healthcare, healthcare IT, connected care, medical technology, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in solution architecture, systems integration, technical consulting, and digital transformation.
• Understanding of healthcare provider environments, clinical workflows, regulatory frameworks, cybersecurity, and data governance.
• Ability to engage customers, executives, clinicians, and technical teams and translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
• Strong project leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative, customer-focused approach with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and product direction.
