Location: Hybrid in Utrecht, Netherlands; relocation is not offered. The role is based in the Netherlands and supports a balance between home and office work.

Salary: €5,994–€8,563 gross per month for a 36-hour work week, plus a thirteenth month, 8% holiday allowance and a 10% Employee Benefit Budget.

What you will do

• Shape the architectural direction of hirify.global’s Sovereign AI Platform.
• Define reusable platform capabilities, architectural building blocks and integration patterns for scalable agentic AI solutions.
• Translate complex technical and organisational challenges into clear architecture choices and pragmatic platform roadmaps.
• Drive alignment across squads, departments and stakeholder groups to support sustainable platform growth.
• Collaborate with architecture, data, engineering, security and business specialists, making architecture understandable and actionable.
• Mentor colleagues and help multidisciplinary teams build stronger platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience designing and operating large-scale enterprise platforms with cloud-native and containerised architectures.
• Experience with software engineering best practices, platform design and architecture governance.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data integration.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks, orchestration platforms, evaluation methods or AI governance.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues and create clarity in complex situations.
• Ability to communicate complex architectural concepts clearly and effectively in English.
