AI Solutions Architect

Location: Fully remote within the United States

Salary: $180,000 USD annually or more, with actual compensation varying by experience, skills, education, and location.

What you will do

• Identify, prioritize, and manage an enterprise portfolio of high-value AI use cases, including business cases, KPIs, roadmaps, and value realization.
• Translate business needs into AI-enabled workflows, user journeys, operating-model changes, solution briefs, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Define Claude Enterprise usage patterns, reusable solution templates, approved architecture approaches, and MCP integration patterns for enterprise systems and APIs.
• Coordinate with IAM, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure/Cloud, Enterprise Architecture, Data Engineering, and Enterprise Applications teams to create scalable and supportable solutions.
• Prepare AI use cases for governance review and oversee risk classification, policy alignment, human oversight, auditability, exception management, and control maturity.
• Create AI playbooks, adoption guides, templates, and enablement materials while tracking usage, stakeholder satisfaction, productivity gains, and cycle-time reduction.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business transformation, solution architecture, enterprise applications, cloud or platform architecture, digital transformation, or a related field.
• Practical knowledge of generative AI platforms, Claude Enterprise, APIs, LLM capabilities, agentic workflows, and MCP-style integration concepts.
• Ability to translate operating challenges into AI-enabled outcomes, business cases, and measurable KPIs.
• Technical depth to lead architecture discussions with IAM, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Data Engineering, and Enterprise Applications teams.
• Working knowledge of API integration, enterprise architecture, identity and access controls, security reviews, data governance, and operational readiness.
• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Engineering or Data Science, plus strong facilitation and executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience establishing AI governance, AI adoption programs, LLMOps, or enterprise AI operating models.
• Experience with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Distribution, Healthcare, Finance, Sales, or Customer Service use cases.
• Experience creating reusable solution patterns, playbooks, adoption guides, scoring frameworks, or intake processes.
• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Smartsheet, API gateways, or workflow automation platforms.
