Consulting Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Copenhagen, Denmark (Office attendance required 3 days a week: Tuesday-Thursday)

What you will do

• Lead consulting engagements from problem definition through recommendation development and implementation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders across financial institutions, fintechs, and merchants.
• Structure complex business problems and translate data-driven insights into strategic recommendations.
• Manage and develop graduates, analysts, and consultants while ensuring high-quality client deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal product, sales, risk, innovation, and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support proposal development, thought leadership, and practice growth activities across the Nordics and Baltics.

Requirements

• Proven experience within management consulting, strategy, financial services, payments, or fintech.
• Ability to lead projects and workstreams involving senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Professional proficiency in English and Danish.
• Degree from a leading university or business school.
• Must be based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
