DevOps Engineer (AWS/Azure)

Location: Fixed hybrid schedule, on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at the headquarters in Maple Plain, Minnesota; role is restricted to eligible U.S. persons under ITAR regulations.

Salary: $87,400–$131,000 per year, plus annual bonus opportunity.

What you will do

• Provision, configure, operate, and maintain version control systems, build tools, and continuous integration tools.
• Partner with IT, development teams, and technology stakeholders to support business applications and promote Site Reliability Engineering practices.
• Automate manual processes to improve deployment reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Design and implement high-availability solutions, including load balancer configurations.
• Participate in 24/7 support coverage, including occasional after-hours work and on-call duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience managing servers in an enterprise environment.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting code releases for highly available applications.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting server configuration management tools and highly available applications.
• Strong ability to identify and automate manual processes.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or foreign national with refugee or asylee status; temporary visa holders are not eligible.
