What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Migrate existing CloudFormation infrastructure to Terraform.
• Develop reusable Terraform modules and maintain version-controlled infrastructure.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams on CI/CD and deployment strategies.
• Support scalable, reliable, and secure cloud systems for a mission-critical intelligence program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent education, training, or work/military experience.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or DevOps.
• Strong Terraform proficiency, including modules, state management, and workspaces.
• Hands-on AWS experience and familiarity with GitHub, Ansible, and CDK.
• Experience working in a Linux-based development environment, with containers and orchestration such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking, security, and IAM, plus proficiency in at least one scripting language. Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Nice to have

• Terraform subject-matter-expert experience.
• Experience with Azure, OCI, or GCP in addition to AWS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Hands-on Python and containerization experience.
