What you will do

• Maintain the accuracy and timeliness of sales reports, dashboards, views, user data, bookings, revenue figures, targets, and forecasts.
• Implement new business reports within established reporting frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Design, develop, and maintain metrics, analyses, dashboards, and sales process tools used for business decisions.
• Train and support end users on reports, business processes, and policies.
• Provide business continuity support for sales process and forecasting issues.
• Extract data from internal databases and prepare customized reports and business and financial summaries for management and executives.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in sales operations or a related discipline, with basic knowledge of related areas.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Databricks.
• Ability to solve complex problems, exercise judgment, explain sensitive information, and build consensus.
• Ability to support colleagues with less experience and lead small projects.
• Ability to work in or be based in Santa Clara, California.

• Proficiency in Tableau.
