TL;DR
Conversational Designer (Conversational AI), APAC (Conversational AI): Designing and deploying conversational AI models and virtual agent solutions for contact center coaching, assistance, and customer interactions with an accent on customer implementation, flow-based and prompt-based architectures, and model performance. Focus on managing end-to-end AI delivery projects, tuning models after launch, and enabling customers to build and QA solutions with Cresta Opera.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end AI delivery projects across APAC, from discovery and requirements gathering through solution design, build, deployment, QA, and post-launch optimization.
- Design and develop virtual agent solutions using flow-based, prompt-based, and hybrid architectures.
- Translate customer objectives into conversational AI solutions for sales, retention, collections, and customer service.
- Manage concurrent enterprise implementations, including scope, milestones, risks, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
- Present solutions to customer stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor throughout implementation.
- Deliver the Opera Enablement Program and contribute to internal documentation, delivery standards, and scalable methodologies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in conversational design, conversational AI, bot development, or a related field.
- Project management experience with multiple complex workstreams and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience presenting complex solutions to enterprise customers, including executive audiences.
- Experience in enterprise implementation, consulting, or delivery roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and business stakeholders.
- Fluency in a second language is strongly preferred.

- Experience working with global or international customers.
