What you will do

• Architect and deliver production-ready conversational AI agents for large-scale enterprises in sectors like finance, healthcare, and commerce.
• Own the entire AI agent lifecycle, from early pilot and prototyping through to launch and ongoing refinement.
• Collaborate directly with executives at leading enterprises to translate complex business challenges into intelligent automation solutions.
• Design reusable agent frameworks and pioneer the integration of emerging voice models into enterprise-grade deployments.
• Feed field-acquired patterns and problems back into the platform, tools, and product roadmap.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and operating end-to-end production systems at scale.
• Must be based in Australia.
• Proven technical problem-solving ability in rapidly shifting or loosely defined environments.
• Working knowledge of the AI agent toolkit, including RAG pipelines, orchestration tooling, evaluation frameworks, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and/or Go.
• Ability to communicate persuasively with both engineering teams and executive leadership.
