Senior GRC Software Developer

Location: Onsite at a Huntington corporate office in Columbus, OH, Birmingham, AL, Tupelo, MS, Atlanta, GA, Houston, TX, Dallas, TX, Detroit, MI, Chicago, IL, or Charlotte, NC. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.

Salary: $57,000–$113,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Modify existing complex software and application programs or develop new programs for user and management needs within GRC applications.
• Design, test, debug, document, and implement software programs and new or existing GRC platforms.
• Consult with users about program changes and provide technical support.
• Resolve problems in production systems and support application operations.
• Lead projects involving automated systems or procedures when needed.
• Provide direction and training to other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related software development experience.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of professional experience with GRC systems such as Archer, OpenPages, ProcessUnity, or ServiceNow IRM.
• Experience supporting cloud-native platforms and on-premises hosted applications, including AWS, Apigee, Linux OS, and OpenShift.
• Experience with .NET/C# or other object-oriented programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Experience working in an agile and multi-platform environment.
• Ability to balance development and support responsibilities.
• Experience working on projects involving business segments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and collaboration with IT, vendors, and business groups.
• Microsoft Office experience.
