Senior Product Marketing Manager – AI & Digital Integration for Process Development (AI)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States. Relocation eligible. Travel required up to 10% of the time.

Salary: $174,000–$239,500 per year, with potential bonus and stock award eligibility.

What you will do

• Define the strategic positioning and role of digital platforms and AI-driven systems across the semiconductor process development ecosystem.
• Develop end-to-end solution frameworks aligned with semiconductor process workflows and customer needs.
• Orchestrate the integration of data, analytics, and insights across internal digital platforms.
• Identify data-flow, system-connectivity, usability, portfolio, and workflow gaps, and recommend integration priorities.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business-unit process teams to execute integration initiatives.
• Define adoption strategies, priority use cases, and target user segments for digital tools and AI solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering, physics, materials science, computer science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in technical product marketing, product management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor process development or process control is required.
• Experience with data platforms, analytics systems, or AI-driven solutions in a technical environment is required.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into clear business and customer value.

Nice to have

• PhD in engineering, materials science, or a related field.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment, process engineering, yield optimization, or process optimization.
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in manufacturing, process control, or analytics.
• Experience leading multi-system integration or ecosystem-level product strategy.
• Strong customer-facing experience with presentations, workshops, and solution enablement.
