What you will do

• Architect and execute global surveying and listening strategies for the Expert Network.
• Lead Immersive Experience Studios to facilitate live collaboration between product teams and experts.
• Translate complex expert feedback into actionable product requirements for engineering roadmaps.
• Govern the Experts-in-the-Loop program to stress-test and refine generative AI models.
• Champion the successful implementation of feedback themes to maximize expert tool adoption.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into executive-ready business narratives.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Employee Experience, or Strategy Operations.
• Proven track record in building large-scale listening platforms and surveying infrastructure.
• Strong comfort navigating discussions around AI models and algorithmic validation.
• Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence across matrixed organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Must be based in San Diego, California for this onsite role.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Direct experience working with machine learning or AI workflows.
