Product Marketing Operations Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY; hybrid work with at least 2 days per week in the office

Annual salary: $255,000–$320,000 USD

What you will do

• Organize the end-to-end product launch process across product, operations, marketing, communications, policy, legal, sales, and GTM teams.
• Own launch calendars, sequencing, plans of record, deliverables, dependencies, owners, deadlines, and risk tracking.
• Manage the review workflow for launch materials and coordinate the correct sequence of legal, policy, product, and communications reviews.
• Drive decisions and alignment across senior cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Lead launch-day operational execution, including sequencing, timing, access, readiness, and field enablement logistics.
• Develop scalable launch processes, playbooks, operational frameworks, retrospectives, and recurring product communications.

Requirements

• End-to-end ownership of launch or release operations and accountability for delivering launches on time.
• Experience building or substantially improving launch or release processes and driving adoption of them.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and complex timelines while maintaining a coherent plan.
• Ability to drive decisions across senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Technical background and ability to understand and communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience in a relevant field.
