What you will do

• Manage and coach bankers with assigned books of business.
• Lead branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and develop referral partnerships.
• Drive production, small business sales, relationship deepening, and business development goals.
• Maintain operational, security, risk, and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit and hire colleagues while building business and community relationships.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of sales management experience in retail banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Ability to provide fingerprints and complete additional background checks under NMLS regulations.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, coaching, and colleague development skills.
• Knowledge of banking products, consumer and business deposits, lending, investments, and digital banking services.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of branch management experience.
• Experience leading sales, service, operations, and financial performance across branch and digital channels.
