Salary: $27.04–$33.77 per hour, plus an annual 10% bonus opportunity

What you will do

• Set up, operate, monitor, and optimize CNC machines, automated systems, and high-precision manufacturing equipment.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and advanced preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Supervise, mentor, and train technicians and operators while coordinating production schedules and standards.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, workflow, cycle-time, and quality improvements.
• Monitor production, equipment, quality, yield, scrap, downtime, and throughput metrics and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and product design teams on manufacturability, equipment, tooling, and process projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, operations, or a related technical role, including at least 2 years in a leadership or senior technician capacity.
• Expertise in manufacturing processes, equipment, and industrial automation systems.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and process troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of quality control, testing protocols, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to handle scientific instruments and samples, perform manual tasks, and stand or sit for extended periods.
