Vice President - Prairie Region (Elevator Industry)

What you will do

• Lead the Prairie Region and oversee the direction, coordination, execution, and evaluation of all business lines.
• Drive revenue, EBIT, budget, and P&L performance while presenting annual budgets to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Lead district leaders across construction, modernization, service, and repair, with a focus on empowerment and growth.
• Drive safety culture, change adoption, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the region.
• Develop multi-year market strategies, analyze competitive trends, and participate in major contracts and bids.
• Build customer and consultant relationships while delivering consistent, differentiated service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; an MBA or related master's degree is an advantage.
• 10–15 years of senior management experience in the elevator or related industry.
• Experience operating a large team with significant P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading other leaders and managing diverse groups in a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead teams through change, motivate and develop employees, and deliver results under strict timelines.
