What you will do

• Manage development of business processes to grow profitable retail stores across multiple locations.
• Build and develop personnel in a flexible multi-location organization.
• Drive retail revenues and implement standards for tactical growth in cooperation with global hirify.global leadership.
• Control operating expenses and manage budgets.
• Ensure best-in-class after-sales support and service to customers.
• Analyze gaps, develop strategies to optimize and expand business options, and act as change agent aligning with global strategy.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in Canada; valid driver’s license with safe driving history required; frequent travel including overnight and weekends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Ag Economics or related, or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• 7-10 years running and growing retail operations in relevant industry; 5+ years leading teams.
• Strong sales, networking, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Experience optimizing dealer performance, parts/service functions, financial statements, and regulations.
• Project management, change management, public speaking, and launching new product lines.
