Treasury Management Region Sales Manager

What you will do

• Lead a regional team of Treasury Management Sales Advisors and Team Leaders.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy for the assigned region with Treasury Management Sales Leadership.
• Drive aggressive sales growth while ensuring the team meets treasury management goals.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, direction, and group strategy to Team Leaders, Sales Advisors, and Sales Analysts.
• Coordinate activities with Market Presidents and senior executives across Huntington Bank.
• Build executive-level relationships with target clients and centers of influence and represent Huntington in relevant industry groups.

Requirements

• 10+ years of banking experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience achieving or exceeding sales and service goals.
• Experience managing complex customer relationships and knowledge of treasury management products.
• Work from the Dallas, Texas office.

Nice to have

• CTP or another professional designation.
• MBA.
