Treasury Services Sales Specialist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop new treasury management business through direct outreach to prospective corporate customers.
• Maintain existing customer relationships, improve account servicing, and expand the use of treasury management services.
• Prepare sales presentations, explain available services, and recommend solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Assist with the design and implementation of treasury management services and coordinate with banking officers and other departments.
• Support marketing strategy, sales objectives, service development, budgeting, and expense control.
• Represent the bank in civic, community, and industry activities and remain current on banking regulations.

Requirements

• College degree in Marketing, Finance, Management, or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience; Marketing or Finance preferred.
• 7+ years of cash management sales and service experience.
• 7 years of business development experience.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) credential or equivalent, or willingness to work toward certification after employment.
• Advanced knowledge of treasury management sales, services, functions, bank products, finance, business principles, and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to work under stress, meet deadlines, travel when required, and perform the physical and administrative duties of the role.
