What you will do

• Lead critical operational initiatives across manufacturing and engineering rotations.
• Deliver measurable improvements in cost, quality, on-time delivery, and safety.
• Lead cross-functional and multicultural teams through ambiguity and organizational change.
• Translate tactical and strategic priorities into executable operational plans.
• Build an enterprise-level perspective through targeted rotations and stretch assignments.
• Complete an 18-month rotational leadership development program across global operations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience with a strong performance record.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or another technical discipline.
• Demonstrated managerial or team leadership experience.
• Professional background in manufacturing, engineering, semiconductors, or an adjacent industry.
• Strong business acumen and executive communication skills.
• Experience influencing teams in a global environment is preferred.
