What you will do

• Provide engineering support for semiconductor process operations.
• Oversee and guide manufacturing activities to meet cycle-time, throughput, prototype-success, and shipment-plan targets.
• Support automated assembly tools used in manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and industrial engineering teams on capacity-modeling assumptions, constraints, and units per hour.
• Drive manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity improvements.
• Perform activities safely and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security programs.

Requirements

• Experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing or process operations.
• Ability to work with automated assembly tools and manufacturing equipment.
• Understanding of manufacturing capacity modeling, operational constraints, and throughput metrics.
• Commitment to workplace safety and Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.
