Sr Director Module Engineering (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead process and equipment engineering modules across a designated high-volume semiconductor fab.
• Develop and execute engineering strategies aligned with site performance goals, global foundry objectives, technology roadmaps, and customer requirements.
• Drive improvements in yield, cycle time, cost, equipment efficiency, process control, and reliability.
• Lead technology transfer and ramp-up activities with global R&D and manufacturing teams.
• Represent the engineering function in local leadership forums and collaborate with global engineering, R&D, and customer teams.
• Build and develop a high-performing engineering organization through hiring, mentoring, succession planning, and inclusive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of progressive technical and managerial experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Expertise across multiple semiconductor process modules and experience leading engineering teams in a high-volume foundry or advanced semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor process technologies, including CMOS, FinFET, RF, or analog/mixed-signal technologies.
• Experience with equipment engineering, yield improvement methodologies, statistical process control, cross-functional leadership, and complex projects across geographies.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
