Lead Talent Partner

Location: Remote across Canada

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 CAD annually

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across the Americas, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring for senior technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers, including Director-level stakeholders, on recruitment decisions and hiring plans.
• Build recruiting strategies and proactively source passive candidates across major job platforms.
• Collaborate with People Operations to improve candidate experience and onboarding.
• Track hiring quality and process-speed metrics to guide decisions.
• Identify recruiting friction, propose solutions, and drive process improvements through completion.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience partnering with Director-level hiring managers as a trusted advisor.
• Ability to use recruiting metrics to guide decisions and continuously improve processes.
• Willingness to recruit across product, engineering, operations, and other functions.
