Packaging Specialist (Packaging)

Location: Remote within Illinois, with the work location listed as Chicago, Illinois. The territory is Illinois, and travel may include up to 25% domestic travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Expected compensation: $142,479–$174,141, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Develop new and existing end-user customers for packaging solutions.
• Identify opportunities with multi-location customers in the Food & Beverage, Healthcare, and e-fulfillment markets.
• Collaborate with packaging sales teams, inside sales resources, and channel partners.
• Set and achieve territory sales goals using appropriate resources and tactics.
• Build relationships with decision-makers, generate leads, and increase territory and account penetration.
• Drive short- and long-term growth targets aligned with business plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• At least three years of field sales experience independently managing a specified territory.
• Current, valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business or Sales Development.
• Packaging industry experience working through distribution.
• Five years of professional field sales and collaboration experience.
