Salary: $107,900–$200,300

What you will do
- Proactively identify, engage, and secure new customers for calibration, repair, and lifecycle service solutions.
- Consult with prospective customers to assess equipment inventory, compliance requirements, and service needs.
- Create and deliver tailored service proposals, including on-site calibration and asset management programs.
- Negotiate commercial terms and secure multi-year service agreements to drive recurring revenue.
- Maintain accurate opportunity and forecast data within CRM systems.
- Partner with Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Must reside in New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, Vermont, Eastern Canada, or Connecticut.
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of the test and measurement industry or related market segments.

- Experience in the eT&M industry.
- Advanced analytical skills for market trend identification.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
