Location: Pleasant Hill / Walnut Creek, California, USA

Salary: $79,928–$109,901 per year, plus performance-based quarterly and semi-annual incentives.

What you will do

• Lead the operations and business development of a high-volume credit union branch or branches.
• Coach, train, evaluate, and develop branch employees to deliver exceptional member experiences.
• Achieve branch growth targets by building member relationships and increasing new memberships.
• Maintain relationships with sponsors and select employee groups within the field of membership.
• Partner with Business Development to host acquisition events, deliver presentations, and generate new business.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures while managing operational risk and supporting member transactions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of branch leadership or related financial services leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.
• Effective written and spoken English with correct spelling and grammar.
• Basic math skills, including rates, ratios, and percentages, using a 10-key.
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel; moderate typing speed of 40 wpm.
• Strong customer service, communication, collaboration, adaptability, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
