Personal Banker

Location: Longmont, Colorado, United States; in-office position

Base salary: $45,375–$75,625 per year, plus incentive-eligible compensation.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend hirify.global products and solutions that improve financial wellbeing.
• Conduct outbound calling, appointment setting, lobby engagement, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Build customer loyalty and expand share of wallet through personalized banking experiences.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge while managing operational risk.
• Support daily branch operations accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience; no degree may be considered with a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Spanish-speaking ability is preferred.
• Subject to background checks required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations and applicable financial industry regulations.
