Business Center Branch Manager (Banking)

Location: In-office at the Lakeview branch in Chicago, IL (3030 N Broadway St Ste 300, Chicago, IL 60657)

Base salary: $99,000–$165,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage branch priorities, performance, revenue, customer loyalty, and financial outcomes.
• Lead consultative sales, business development, community involvement, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Deliver a differentiated customer experience across technology-enabled and omnichannel interactions.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, retain, and develop branch employees.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, sales practice, and regulatory risks.
• Ensure compliance with policies and applicable banking regulations.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of related experience.
• At least 2 years of previous supervisory experience.
• Experience with branch banking services, sales management, customer counseling, and people management.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Subject to background checks required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
