TL;DR
Customer Operations Specialist (Insurance): Handling customer inquiries and service requests related to auto, home, and other insurance policies with an accent on customer care, product knowledge, and problem solving. Focus on answering inbound calls, processing service requests, and improving the product through customer feedback.
Location
Location: Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA (USA) or Ontario (Canada)
What you will do
- Take great care of customers by proactively identifying their needs and coverage gaps
- Answer inbound calls related to auto, home, motorcycle, and other insurance policies
- Gain deep product knowledge to guide customers to the right insurance options
- Problem solve to remove barriers between customers and coverage
- Process service requests including vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents
- Provide feedback to improve the product and customer experience
Requirements
- Must currently reside in specified US states or Ontario, Canada
- Friendly and positive attitude with willingness to work as a team
- Strong work ethic, communication, and problem solving skills
