Salary: $16.20 - $25.43 per hr

What you will do

• Handle and problem solve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience while maintaining compliance with company and state regulations.
• Proactively identify unmet customer needs to up-sell and cross-sell insurance solutions.
• Support educators specifically regarding their life and retirement insurance policies.
• Complete the Service Representative Trainee Program and obtain professional licensing.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be based in the US (excluding NY, CA, CO, WA, NJ, MD, AK, HI, MA, MN, NM, OR, RI).
• Availability to work shifts between 7:00 am - 8:00 pm CST, including Saturdays (10 am - 2 pm CST).
• Ability to obtain and maintain Life license and/or 6/63 license within 12 months of hire.
• Internet speed of at least 10 mb/s download and 1 mb/s upload.
• A private, organized home office environment removed from distractions.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, business, or sales.
• Prior experience in the Insurance or Finance industry.
