Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• High School education or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of customer service or relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to sustain the demands of a high-volume telephone support role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of tact and empathy.
