Jr. Appraisal Coordinator

Location: Remote USA; working hours must align with the Pacific Standard Time Zone to support the West Coast region.

What you will do

• Manage and prioritize a caseload of appraisal orders.
• Submit appraisal requests through Mercury Network and coordinate assignment to qualified appraisers within established time frames.
• Maintain workflow efficiency, order tracking, and reporting through Encompass and Mercury Network.
• Process appraisal-related payments according to company and department policies.
• Communicate with appraisers, AMCs, customers, and internal loan teams regarding appointments, order progress, and services.
• Support processors, underwriters, loan officers, and loan processors with appraisal ordering and condition management.

Requirements

• Experience placing FHA and VA appraisal orders.
• Knowledge of appraisal processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of industry-standard computer programs.
• Strong prioritization, time management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Availability to work Pacific Standard Time Zone hours while working remotely from the USA.
