Customer Operations Representative (Insurance)

Location: Fully remote, available to full-time hourly employees residing in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia

Salary: $19–$21 per hour, plus uncapped commissions for the sales path and potential equity

What you will do

• Support customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other insurance policies.
• Answer inbound calls and handle policyholder service requests, including vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
• Match customers with suitable coverage across a broad panel of insurance providers.
• Identify coverage gaps, available discounts, and policy changes that may affect customers.
• Resolve barriers between customers and appropriate coverage while providing a friendly, high-quality experience.
• Share customer feedback to help improve the product and services.

Requirements

• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous customer service, sales, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
• Full-time availability with either a 5-day, 8-hour or 4-day, 10-hour schedule.
• Must currently reside in one of the eligible U.S. states listed above.
