What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of physical and electronic security system projects.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, margins, quality, risks, and client expectations.
• Coordinate internal teams, site supervisors, general contractors, end users, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee field verification, design reviews, programming, testing, commissioning, documentation, and final checkout.
• Manage punch lists, project turnover, client training, and closeout activities.
• Identify customer concerns and construction risks early, then drive corrective actions and resolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction or Electronic Security Systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering waterfall projects to fixed deadlines, with practical use of Agile methods where appropriate.
• Strong understanding of PMP methodologies, construction sequencing, project controls, and financial management.
• Client-facing experience with enterprise-level customers and strong technical learning ability.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 25% are required.

Nice to have

• Experience managing large, complex technical projects within an at-scale program.
• Electronic Security Systems experience.
• Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM) certification.
• PMP certification.
