IT Project Manager

TL;DR

IT Project Manager (Digital Transformation/AI): Leading complex, enterprise-wide technology initiatives that improve IT and business processes with an accent on cross-functional delivery, data, AI, and governance. Focus on planning multimillion-dollar projects, resolving risks and dependencies, and aligning infrastructure, applications, security, and business stakeholders.

Location: Onsite at hirify.global’s headquarters in Westerville, Ohio, United States. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional global IT projects from initiation through delivery.
• Plan and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Create project plans, status reports, RAID logs, executive dashboards, and portfolio updates.
• Facilitate governance reviews, steering committees, and stakeholder communications.
• Align business and IT objectives while coordinating infrastructure, applications, security, and business teams.
• Support IT governance, change management, compliance, PMO best practices, and resource capacity planning.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of progressive IT project and/or program management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Experience managing large-scale IT projects involving digital transformation, software development, systems implementation, ERP, cloud, or enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management approaches.
• Experience with project management tools such as ServiceNow SPM, Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, analytical, problem-solving, and budget management skills, including multimillion-dollar projects.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management or similar enterprise PPM platforms.
• Background in ERP, cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, or digital transformation programs.
• Experience in global or matrixed organizations and familiarity with software development lifecycle processes.
