Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Remote - US and Canada

Salary: $175,000–$200,000 per year; final offer depends on candidate location, experience, and expertise. Total compensation includes stock options, benefits, and additional perks.

What you will do

• Lead aligned program teams delivering successful customer implementations on time and with high quality.
• Develop and own project plans; communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
• Define and track key metrics, quality indicators, and performance indicators while driving cross-functional execution.
• Coordinate technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation activities with internal and external teams.
• Improve processes across teams and functions, including reducing manual effort through automation.
• Identify and communicate product improvements to product engineering leaders and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience owning SaaS implementation or delivery.
• Extensive experience discovering user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope.
• Exceptional project management skills, including leading SaaS implementation projects with B2B customers.
• Ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams, with demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership.
• Experience communicating effectively and defining processes.
• Experience coordinating organizations and establishing working relationships across multidisciplinary teams and multiple partners.
• Analytical and problem-solving experience with complex systems and processes.
