TL;DR
Staff/Senior Staff Technical Program Manager (AI): Leading secure deployment, integration, release, and operational support programs for Trase OS across federal, government, and national security environments with an accent on cloud and on-premises readiness, security compliance, and partner delivery. Focus on coordinating engineering and GRC dependencies, validating AI platform deployments, managing RMF/ATO and STIG requirements, and driving reliable customer acceptance.
Location: Seattle, WA or McLean, VA (preferred), or Remote (USA). U.S. citizenship is required, with the ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance as required.
Salary: $220,000–$260,000 annually.
Company
hirify.global is an incubation and investment firm building technology companies in healthcare, cyber, and national security; Trase provides a secure AI operating system for high-stakes environments.
What you will do
Own technical program delivery for Red Cell Federal, hirify.global, and portfolio companies adopting and operating Trase OS.
Translate partner requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, owners, and testable milestones while maintaining a prioritized backlog.
Drive secure deployment readiness across customer-managed cloud, private-network, and on-premises environments, including infrastructure, access, networking, secrets, integrations, and validation.
Coordinate RMF/ATO, STIG, impact-level, vulnerability remediation, evidence, release, image handoff, rollback, and operational-readiness activities with engineering and GRC.
Lead partner issue triage, technical escalations, release planning, delivery reviews, risk escalation, and executive visibility across engineering and platform teams.
Build repeatable onboarding and operational handoffs through runbooks, architecture and data-flow documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
U.S. citizenship and ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance, as required by assigned programs.
8–10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or related technical delivery roles, with demonstrated Staff-level scope; Senior Staff candidates need broader multi-program leadership and organizational influence.
Experience delivering complex software, infrastructure, or platform programs to external customers, including secure or regulated environments.
Strong technical judgment and experience leading cross-team execution, prioritization, risk management, and customer-facing escalations under ambiguity.
Clear written and verbal communication with engineers, security specialists, partner teams, and executives, including challenging unclear requirements and negotiating realistic commitments.
Working knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, agent workflows, integration boundaries, cloud and/or on-premises deployments, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, networking, identity and access, and secrets management.
Familiarity with secure software delivery, vulnerability remediation, audit logging, observability, operational readiness, and translating security and compliance requirements into engineering deliverables and validation evidence.
Nice to have
TPM experience supporting national security, defense, federal agencies, government customers, or delivery partners.
Active U.S. government security clearance.
Experience with RMF/ATO, STIG hardening, POA&M remediation, or DoD IL4/IL5/IL6 environments.
Experience with Second Front or comparable federal deployment platforms, government cloud environments, and authorized-system support.
Experience supporting AI/ML platforms, agent integrations, or developer tools across multiple partner organizations.
Culture & Benefits
Full-time employment with a high-ownership, practical, collaborative working style focused on customer outcomes and repeatable delivery.
Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.
